Dr. Anne Abrahamson has always known she wanted to become a physician. From a young age, her desire to help others in a meaningful, lasting way led her to pursue a career in medicine. She found her calling in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a specialty that is board-certified and centers around restoring function and enhancing quality of life. Over the past six years, her medical practice has expanded to include the rapidly evolving field of cellular medicine. This shift has allowed her to focus more on healthspan rather than simply lifespan–helping patients add quality, vibrant years to their lives rather than just counting more days on the calendar. “My goal,” she explains, “is to be stronger, faster, and smarter in the coming decades than I am now.”
Her work now integrates the cutting-edge field of longevity medicine, a highly personalized and preventive approach rooted in deep biomarker analysis related to aging and long-term health. Every treatment offered through her clinic is backed by rigorous scientific research. As one of only a few Cellular Medicine Fellows in the country, she brings a rare level of expertise to her patients. “I am a medical physician who truly wants to help by lessening the burden of prescription medications and encouraging movement,” she shares. Her treatments are designed to optimize cellular efficiency and metabolism, enhancing the body’s natural resilience. The practice also offers functional pain management and specializes in musculoskeletal injuries, with a strong emphasis on getting athletes and active individuals back to their routines as quickly and safely as possible.
From the moment a patient enters the clinic, Dr. Abrahamson and her team prioritize a premium experience. She treats every patient as though they were a member of her extended family. “I want everyone to live to their best abilities,” she says. Her most meaningful moments come when patients and their families express how significantly the care they’ve received has improved their lives.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Abrahamson is passionate about health and fitness. She lifts weights at 3D Fit and practices yoga at 359 Yoga, both of which play a vital role in her physical and mental well-being. “I can absolutely sympathize when an injury takes you away from your daily activities,” she says. She believes strongly in self-care and leads by example, living the same healthy lifestyle she encourages in her patients. Her commitment is rooted in the philosophy of personalized optimization, pushing beyond the status quo. “Standard of care,” she adds bluntly, “should be criminal.”
